But since the extreme violence that Hamas visited upon Israeli civilians on It's been two years since the Oct. 7 attacks and still no official state commission has been established to investigate how Hamas was able to infiltrate thousands of terrorists and embark on its murderous rampage... 

Yaakov Katz, the former editor-in-chief of The Jerusalem Post and the paper's military reporter for more than a decade, joined me live in our sanctuary a few weeks ago to help us understand how the world's most sophisticated intelligence apparatus missed all the signs that an attack from Gaza was imminent, why the region's most powerful army failed to stop it, and what Israel should do to safeguard its future.
